For funders

Are you a foundation, federal agency, state office, family office, or corporate program issuing grants? List your opportunities on Grantsbase and reach the people most likely to apply.

Why list with us

  • Reach. Grantsbase is the largest free, carefully-checked US grant database — used by nonprofits, researchers, schools, and small towns nationwide.
  • Quality applicants. Our search is structured (industry, applicant type, geography, amount) so the people who find your opportunity actually fit it.
  • Free. We don't charge funders to list opportunities.
  • Persistent record. Each opportunity gets its own SEO-optimized page that keeps drawing traffic for the lifetime of the open window.

How listing works

  1. Federal agencies. If you publish on Grants.gov, SAM.gov, NIH Guide, or USDA NIFA, your opportunities are already in our database — no action needed. New listings appear within 6 hours.
  2. State and local agencies. If you publish to a public portal, send us the feed URL and we'll add a parser. Most state portals are stood up within two weeks.
  3. Foundations + corporate programs. Submit each opportunity directly via the listing form (link below). We'll verify, format, and publish within one business day.

What we need from you

  • A canonical URL on your own site (the source of truth).
  • Title, agency name, fund type, deadline (or "rolling"), amount range, eligibility summary, and how to apply.
  • A point of contact for our team to reach if anything goes stale.

What we won't do

We won't accept paid placements. We won't mark certain opportunities as "featured" because the funder paid us. We won't share applicant data with you. The free, neutral database is the whole point.

Get listed

Submit your opportunity below. We typically review within one business day. Federal agencies that publish to Grants.gov / SAM.gov / NIH / USDA do not need to fill this out — your listings are already in our database.

We'll email {your contact email} if we need clarification before publishing.
