Gifted and Talented (GT) Graduate Course Program funding will be provided to institutions of higher education (IHEs) that offer tuition-free graduate courses for teachers who are pursuing either endorsement or certification in GT education. Program Office Office of Assessment and Standards Eligible Applicants An eligible applicant is a public or private South Carolina IHE that currently offers or plans to offer introductory graduate courses in GT education. Total Funding Available Approximately $200,000 Funding Detail The SCDE anticipates funding approximately twenty GT graduate courses under this program with an average per course award of $10,500.
