Apply for a grant from the Major Attractions fund using the web form you'll find on this page. The web form runs over several pages, and we ask you to fill out each page as completely as possible. Later, we will ask you to upload several documents separately, by sending us those documents via email. NOTE: All documents submitted to the Department in the Application are subject to disclosure under the Public Records Act. When specific information in an Application is regarded by the Applicant and by law as confidential, the Applicant should specifically and clearly designate it as such in writing on that portion of the Application in which the information appears at the time of initial disclosure to the Department. The law requires any such designation to be made at the time the information is disclosed to the Department of Commerce. FAILURE TO DESIGNATE "CONFIDENTIAL" OR "TRADE SECRET" INFORMATION NOW MAY RESULT IN THIS INFORMATION BEING DISCLOSED IN THE FUTURE.
