Apply for GEFA's water, wastewater and solid waste loan programs. Please use this link to GEFA's online loan application to apply for the State Revolving Funds and the Georgia Fund loan programs. The deadlines for consideration at the 2026 board meetings are listed below. November 3 for February 2026 Board Meeting February 2 for May 2026 Board Meeting May 1 for August 2026 Board Meeting August 3 for November 2026 Board Meeting State Environmental Review Process A state environmental review process (SERP) conducted by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) is required for financing through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF). Please refer to the following documents for an overview of the SERP process under each program.
