ARIZONA LAUNCHES: FIRST-IN-THE-NATION PROPTECH SANDBOX proptech Menu Eligibility FAQ Application Arizona’s PropTech Sandbox Program Is Accepting Applications Arizona has established a global reputation as the best state in the nation to test, launch and scale new ideas and new business models. In 2019, legislation established the first property technology sandbox in the United States, giving visionary thinkers a platform to test unique, tech-based property services and products. Upon application approval, Arizona PropTech Sandbox participants are granted limited access to test in the Arizona market without first obtaining full state licensure or other authorization that would otherwise be required. The admissions and oversight process is overseen by the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA).
