The State seeks solutions for resource navigation for BIPOC business owners and workforce. ACCD has contracted with the Vermont Professional of Colors Network to provide statewide delivery of business coaching and other forms of training, at no cost to these businesses and individuals, to Persons of Color (BIPOC) business owners, networking and special convenings, and and paid internships, career guidance, and other support for BIPOC workers across the state.
