About this opportunity

The Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) announces an open competition for assistance awards in Costa Rica. Organizations may submit grant proposals for a program to facilitate the implementation of law enforcement and rule of law assistance programs. The activities under this award shall primarily take place within Costa Rica, but may include activities in other areas of the Western Hemisphere.The applicant shall be responsible for working with the INL office in Costa Rica in planning and scheduling all not limited to: travel and logistic services for visits and workshops in support of INL programs carried out by the Narcotics Affairs Office (NAO) in Costa Rica.INL expects to award one (1) cooperative agreement based on this NOFO. The anticipated federal funding amount is $2,500,000.00. The period of performance is eighteen months (1.5 years) with an anticipated start date of October 2020. INL may award up to 3.5 additional years pending INL priorities, good performance of the recipient, and funding availability.
