Oregon Small Business Enterprise Certification is: For Oregon-based businesses only Race and gender neutral Based on the size of the business Designed to expand participation in state contracting Certified OSBE firms will be eligible to participate in upcoming small business procurement opportunities with the State of Oregon . Your business may qualify if you: Operate a for-profit business located in Oregon Are domestically registered with the Oregon Secretary of State Can provide up to three years of the most recent business taxes (minimum of one year) Are independent (not owned or controlled by another organization, etc) Have no more than 50 employees on an annual average basis Meet size standards based on your industry NAICS codes To complete your annual certification renewal,  click here To apply for a new certification, click the “Apply” link below.
