Colorado APEX Accelerator Program Summary The Colorado APEX Accelerator helps Colorado businesses sell products and services to the local governments. Counselors provide free, confidential counseling and education about government contracts. Counselors are experienced in government contracting and acquisitions. They receive ongoing training on new acquisition procedures and policies. You can talk to a counselor by phone or video chat or meet in person.
