To apply for a grant, you must be a consortium of the following: Regional institutions of higher education Academic health and research institute, and/or Economic development entities located within the Delta Region. Individuals are not eligible for this program. How may funds be used? Grant funds must be used for the development of healthcare services, health education programs, healthcare job training programs, or the development and expansion of public health-related facilities in the Delta region. What Do I Need to Do Before I Apply? Registration at SAM.gov is required. You will be issued a UEI upon registration at What Do I Need for the Application? You will find the Notice of Funding Opportunity and details on what is needed for an application on grants.gov and using Funding Opportunity Number: RDBCP-DHCS-2026.
