THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY SUBMISSIONS UNDER THIS BAA UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Effective 21 May 2026, the Information Innovation Office (I2O) Office-Wide BAA is temporarily paused. This pause is necessary to accommodate internal organizational changes, which includes an update to the I2O office name and a realignment of strategic priorities. Over the next few weeks, the Government will refine and update the BAA requirements to accurately reflect these new operational priorities. Submission Guidance During the Pause: Please be advised of the following instructions regarding proposal submissions during this period: • Abstract Submissions: Abstract submissions will NOT be accepted during this temporary pause. Abstracts received prior to this announcement remain under review. • Encouraged Submissions: Proposers who have received explicit, written encouragement from the Government to submit a full proposal may continue to submit during this pause. A future amendment will be published on SAM.gov to announce the resumption of this BAA.
