Executive Summary The Department of State, Consulate General Naha invites proposal submissions for a cooperative agreement to implement two disaster preparedness forums – one on Okinawa main island and one in Miyako Island – within the full grant period of 15 months. Eligible Applicants · Not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations with or without 501(c)(3) status · Public and private educational institutions · Individuals · Public International Organizations and Governmental institutions · Foreign-based non-profit organizations/non-government organizations (NGO) Submission Deadline All applications must be received by August 10, 2026 (GMT+9). Submit all application materials directly to the following email address: TokyoPASGrants@ Contact [email protected] with questions about the contemplated program.
