Oregon Small Business Development Center (Oregon SBDC) Site Navigation Oregon Small Business Development Centers (Oregon SBDC) The Oregon Small Business Development Center Network (OSBDCN) consists of 17 regional centers around Oregon. The Centers within the OSBDCN provide one-on-one advising to clients including assessments, business plan preparation, financial management, personnel management, and marketing. The Centers within the OSBDCN provide one-on-one advising to clients including assessments, business plan preparation, financial management, personnel management, and marketing. In addition, OSBDCN helps small businesses with the following statewide services: Facilitate access to capital through the OSBDCN Capital Access Team (CAT) by bridging the gap between small businesses seeking capital and lenders looking for qualified buyers. Provide market research results through the OSBDCN Market Research Institute (MRI). Help Oregon businesses reach international customers through the OSBDCN Global Trade Center (GTC). The Centers within the OSBDCN are hosted by Oregon’s 17 community colleges; SBDCs are embedded in places across the state where collaboration is at a premium. During the 2023-2025 biennium, the counselors at Centers across Oregon tallied over 27,000 hours of client counseling. In the same biennium, Oregon's SBDCs: Helped small businesses across Oregon create 1,448 jobs and retain 1,356 jobs that would otherwise have been lost, Helped small Oregon companies increase their sales by over $71 million dollars, and Assisted over 750 Oregon companies access nearly $155 million in capital for their businesses.
