PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT GRANTS Grant Program Summary The National Endowment for the Arts’ (NEA) State & Regional Partnership Agreement grants are awarded to the nation’s 56 state and jurisdictional arts agencies (SAAs), and the six regional arts organizations (RAOs) with geographically-defined SAA memberships. Partnership support is also available for national services to the state arts agencies. A full grant program description can be found under Grant Program Details below. Eligibility SAA Partnership Agreement grants are limited to the fifty state and six jurisdictional arts agencies. RAO Partnership Agreement grants are limited to the six U.S. Regional Arts Organizations. The National Services Partnership Agreement grant is limited to non-profit organizations that have a three-year history of arts programming as a membership organization serving state arts agencies and regional arts organizations. No other organizations may apply to the Partnership Agreement grants category. After accessing the Grant Opportunity Package, you can find each required form by clicking on it OR you can scroll down your screen and you will come to each form in succession. The required forms are : 1. Application for Federal Domestic Assistance (“SF-424 Mandatory”): This form asks for basic information about your organization and application. Complete this form first.
