Purpose: Climate impact reduction and outdoor recreation opportunities at Randall Preserve. Description: The funds appropriated in this item shall be available for the Randall Preserve for work that supports the reduction of climate impacts on disadvantaged communities and vulnerable populations and the creation, protection, and expansion of outdoor recreation opportunities pursuant to Section 94020 of the Public Resources Code and shall be available for encumbrance or expenditure until June 30, 2028.
