Recycling and Illegal Dumping (RAID) Grant – New Mexico Environment Department The  Recycling and Illegal Dumping (RAID) Grant  supports projects across New Mexico that improve recycling infrastructure, expand waste diversion, and address illegal dumping. The program provides funding to communities, local organizations working to strengthen responsible materials management and protect New Mexico’s environment. Projects funded through RAID help communities reduce landfill waste, improve recycling access, clean up illegal dumping sites, and build long-term waste reduction capacity.
