Apply for the FY27 RAID Grant The FY27 RAID Grant application period opens April 1, 2026. Application materials and instructions will be available on this page when the application period begins. Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend the March 23 workshop to learn more about program requirements and how to prepare a competitive application. Recycling and Illegal Dumping (RAID) Grant – New Mexico Environment Department The  Recycling and Illegal Dumping (RAID) Grant  supports projects across New Mexico that improve recycling infrastructure, expand waste diversion, and address illegal dumping. The program provides funding to communities, local organizations working to strengthen responsible materials management and protect New Mexico’s environment. Projects funded through RAID help communities reduce landfill waste, improve recycling access, clean up illegal dumping sites, and build long-term waste reduction capacity.
