Opportunity Type: Request for Application (RFA) Close Date: August 19, 2026 Important Dates: Applicant conference: July 15, 2026, at 10:00 PDT Applications are due on Aug. 19, 2026, by 5:00 PDT The Department of Commerce is soliciting applications from qualified applicants for funding of units to be set aside for clients referred by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, under the HUD Section 811 Project Rental Assistance (PRA) program Who is eligible? Eligible projects are owned by or public entities, including Federally Recognized Tribal Governments. Projects must have utilized the Washington State Housing Trust Fund, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME funding or similar local, state or federal public capital fund source. 811 PRA units provide non-time-limited tenancy for non-elderly persons with disabling conditions. Pre-application Conferences These conferences will be virtual only on Microsoft Teams. All prospective Applicants are encouraged attend; however, attendance is not mandatory.
