Funding Amounts: Loans of up to $6 million (dependent on the maximum allowable amount in each funding round as published in the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)). Terms: Low-interest loans, with flexible/deferred interest and principal payment schedules to match private financing terms within statutory authority; maximum term of 30 years. Funding Process: Loans under this program will be made periodically on a competitive basis, based on a NOFA published on this website. How To Apply Application Process (NEW) : Applicants must fill out and submit the Grant Round Application using DECD’s new Euna electronic grant portal: Euna Electronic Application Portal (RL):        https://www.gotomygrants.com/Public/Opportunities/Details/72c29eaa-091f-4a8d-9fd6-740350ce6ee0 Please note that DECD is unable to accept applications outside of the Euna system (for example via email or hard copy submissions will not be accepted).
