Tokyo International Gift Show (TIGS) 2025 Hawaiʻi Pavilion at the 100th Tokyo International Gift Show As part of the Hawaiʻi State Trade Expansion Program (HiSTEP), the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism (DBEDT) invites Hawaiʻi product manufacturers to exhibit at the 2025 Tokyo International Gift Show (TIGS) from September 3-5, 2025, in the Hawai‘i  Pavilion, Tokyo, Japan. DBEDT is excited about bringing Hawai‘i companies to showcase unique and highly desired products from Hawai‘i. TIGS is the largest international trade show in Japan with about 2,728 exhibitors, including more than 2,000 Japanese, and over 342 representing 14 countries and 224,401 visitors (data from Spring February 2025 show). Show organizers anticipate more than 200,000 distributors to attend the three-day trade show. Learn More About TIGS Want to Know More? Over 200,000 buyers are expected to attend Test or launch new products and services Network and build relationships with decision makers Up-sell existing clients Contact new prospects and general leads Reach the competition and develop ways to distinguish your products and services Promote your brand and maximize market exposure Develop your database to strengthen your overall sales and marketing program 44 Hawaiʻi companies participated in 2024 Hawaiʻi Pavilion Booth Plan Booth Space and Cost: Cost for a Full Booth (approx. 3m x 3m) is $1,500.00. Cost for a Shared Half-Booth is $750.00. For Shared Half-Booths, only two (2) companies will be allowed per booth. Booth fees will include back panel and walls, standardized company overhead two overhead spotlights. Costs for all other fixtures, display counters, etc. will be the exhibitor’s responsibility. Application Process Application for 2025 is CLOSED! Thank you for your interest in the Tokyo International Gift Show (TIGS) . The application period for 2025 has now closed. The application for the 2026 TIGS will open when available. Please stay tuned for future announcements and details about the 2026 application process. Next Steps for 2026: Complete the  HiSTEP Registration Form  (if you have not already done so). Complete the TIGS Application Form once it is available. Be sure to receive a confirmation message after submission to verify that your application has been successfully received.
