The US Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, (USACE) intends to enter into a sole source cooperative agreement with the Student Conservation Association (SCA) for assistance in the management and enhancement of natural resources at the Raystown Lake Project. Requirements include activities in wildlife management, threatened and endangered species monitoring, fisheries management, wildlife habitat enhancement and forest management. This agreement is an opportunity to provide training and education opportunities for Student Conservation Association (SCA) interns with fish and environmental studies backgrounds. This agreement is entered into pursuant to 33 USC 2339(a) - Assistance Programs.
