Water Conservation Financing

GEFA provides a 1 percent interest rate reduction on conservation loans for eligible land conservation/nonpoint source pollution projects. GEFA funds innovative programs to conserve and improve Georgia’s water resources. GEFA strives to make its initiatives more financially accessible for communities throughout Georgia and supports the state’s culture of conservation. A 1 percent interest rate reduction is available on conservation loans from the Georgia Fund, the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF), and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF).
