The Department of State’s Embassy Phnom Penh announces an open competition to implement a program to strengthen ties between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the United States of America through programming that promotes interests, American excellence, and bilateral cooperation. Priority program areas may cover one or more of the following goals: (1) Freedom 250 – Commemorate the 250th Anniversary of America’s Founding; (2) Safeguarding Americans and Cambodians Against Transnational Cybercrime and Advancing Technological Leadership and Economic Interests; (3) Engaging Alumni Networks to Advance Interests; (4) Promoting Higher Education; (5) Promoting American English Language Education, and (6) Countering Malign Influence and Promoting Free Speech. All programs must include an American element or connection with American expert/s, organization/s, or institution/s in a specific field that will promote increased understanding of policies and perspectives.
