About this opportunity

Opportunity Type: Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQQ) Important Dates: Pre-Proposal Conference: December 18, 2024, 1PM Pacific Time Question & Answer Period: December 2, 2024 – December 23, 2024 RESPONSE DUE DATE: January 17th, 2025, 4 Pacific Time The Washington State Department of Commerce hereafter called “COMMERCE,” is initiating this Request for Qualifications and Quotes (RFQQ) to solicit proposals from those interested in participating in a project to create a statewide behavioral health and developmental disabilities conference that brings together subject matter experts, stakeholders and other resources to focus on and plan around this topic. This includes presenters and other relevant topics that intersect with the behavioral health and the intellectual and developmental disability community. Bringing together a broad audience of subject matter experts and community partners, the purpose of the Developmental Disabilities (DD) and Behavioral Health (BH) conference is to bring awareness to the needs and barriers of this population, inform our community of existing and potential resources and further develop solutions and next steps to enhance the capacity of our service systems. The conference will be hybrid (in person and online) and bring together community and systems partners committed to sharing their experiences and knowledge around this topic. Speakers will come from across the country as well as within Washington State.
